Town of Willow Bunch Important Notice

The filtration system at the water plant ruptured and therefore had to be shutdown. The filters have since been bypassed in order to maintain our water supply. New filters have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they arrive.

The Town is monitoring this closely to do the best we can to control this situation. Sask Environment has been notified of this misfortune and are in constant contact with the Town.

This issue will take a few more weeks to resolve. In the mean time, consumers may experience discolored water due to chlorination, but the water is safe for consumption.

We ask that you absolutely do no outside watering until further notice. The Town asks for your patience and co-operation in conserving water.

We will notify you as soon as this issue is resolved.

Welcome to the town of Willow Bunch home of the giant, Edouard Beaupré.

Willow Bunch, established in 1870, is one of Saskatchewan's oldest settlements. The town is located on highway 36 south of the Trans Canada highway, forty minutes from the Canada-U.S. boundary near the Big Muddy Badlands in Southern Saskatchewan.
